O1 Properties Ranks No. 5 On Forbes’ Annual Ranking of Russia’s Largest Owners of Commercial Property

29 January, 2016. The investment company O1 Properties, specialising in the premium class office segment on the Moscow market, has strengthened its positions in the annual 'Kings of the Russian Real Estate' ranking, published by Forbes. Boris Mints and Aleksander Nesis, the co-owners of the company, are among the top five largest owners of commercial property in Russia.

According to the results of 2015, the market value of 14 office premises, owned and managed by O1 Properties, amounted to nearly USD 4 billion. The company's portfolio was expanded by one more office premise – the 'Zarechye' business-center with the total area of 15.5 thousand square meters.

The Forbes ranking includes both Russian and foreign owners of commercial property, located in the territory of Russia. The place of each participant in the rating is determined according to the income received in 2015 from the properties owned by such participant.
