Within the ‘Kind Meters’ project, more than 1,100 square meters are already provided to charity organizations on favorable terms

26 January 2016. The investment company O1 Properties, one of the largest owners of the A class office property in Moscow, announced the intermediate results of the 'Kind Meters' campaign. Within the campaign, charity organizations may rent premises in the company’s business-centers on favorable terms – at a zero rental rate, paying only for operating and utilities costs.

'Kind Meters' is a project of rent of office premises for charity and public organizations on favorable terms, launched by O1 Properties in partnership with the ‘Dobro Mail.ru’ Service in November 2015. As of 31 December 2015, in the 'Avion' business-center, owned by O1 Properties, 1,131 square meters of office premises were allocated for the needs of 6 charity organizations. Now such organizations, as the 'Konstantin Khabensky Charitable Foundation, 'Vera' Hospice Charity Fund, 'ORBI' Fund, ‘United Way’ ('Doroga Vmeste') Fund, 'BELA' Fund and 'Galchonok' Fund have their own offices in the modern B class business-center.

Taking into consideration the strong interest of the charity organizations in the ‘Kind Meters’ project, it was extended. O1 Properties offered non-commercial organizations to rent office premises on favorable terms in the ‘LeFORT’ business-center, too. So, the total area of the premises allocated within the project amounts to more than 2,000 square meters.
