O1 Properties presents major redevelopment projects at Expo Real in Munich
5 October 2016. - The investment company O1 Properties, one of the largest owners of Class А office property in Moscow, has once again featured in the business programme of the Expo Real international investment fair, which took place in Munich from 4 to 6 October.
This year, the joint stand of the Moscow City Government and the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation presented two office centres: Stanislavsky Factory and the Bolshevik Business and Cultural Centre, both owned by O1 Properties.
At the event, Dmitry Mints, Chairman of the Board of Directors of O1 Properties, also took part in the discussion “Integrated Territory Development - the Scale of Russian Development and New Business Opportunities”, organised by the Kommersant publishing house. The session particularly focused on the renovation of industrial and residential areas in both Russia and Germany.
Expo Real is the largest international event in the field of commercial real estate development and investments, and is traditionally a gathering place for the key companies and experts involved in making decisions on the construction and real estate market. This year, about 1800 participants from 33 countries attended the fair.
